Technical Account Manager

Microsoft Hellas is seeking to hire: Technical Account Manager.
 
Description:
 
- Provides Premier Support Service to Enterprise Customers & Partners assisting them to implement and support solutions based on Microsoft products and technologies
 
- Serves as the Microsoft technical point of contact throughout the product support lifecycle - advising and consulting Technical contacts within customer’s organization on their use and support of Microsoft technologies
 
- Consistently demonstrates professional, concise and effective communication with customers and internal Microsoft groups
 
Qualifications:
 
- University degree in Computer Science or related subject, preferably at Postgraduate level
 
- At least 5 years of support and consulting experience in enterprise-level organisations, with expertise & troubleshooting skills in Windows 2000 Server, Exchange 2000 Server, IIS, ISA Server
 
- Microsoft Certification will be considered a strong asset
 
- Fluency in both Greek and English
 
- Excellent analytical, organisational and communication skills
 
- Drive for professional & personal excellence in all aspects of the job Exceptional customer service behaviour
